Hello, I’m Javier Ramírez. My journey into real estate began without me looking for it. After living for several years in Brisbane, Australia, I returned to Colombia and traveled through South America, where many travelers spoke with admiration about my country. They had visited places I didn’t even know, and that inspired me to make myself a promise: to get to know Colombia more deeply and share it with the world. I started working in international tourism—guiding, connecting, and supporting foreigners and volunteers who were searching for genuine experiences. Later on, while selling Tiny Houses, some friends asked me to help them sell a coffee farm they had built with love. I sold it to a foreign investor, and he was the first to tell me that I had the natural qualities of a real estate agent because of how I guided him through the entire process. That moment changed my life, bringing together everything I had learned. Since then, I’ve been connecting people, stories, and properties. I work with investors and buyers who are looking for more than a piece of land — they seek purpose, community, and nature. To me, real estate is truly a people-centered business: helping the family that needs to sell and supporting the family that dreams of starting a new chapter. I’m there at that point where those two worlds meet. Today, I’m a bridge between cultures and dreams. I’m based in Guaduas, Cundinamarca, Colombia — a heritage town (Pueblo Patrimonio) located about three hours from Bogotá, the capital. I help investors, buyers, and sellers throughout Colombia, supported by a strong team of experienced eXp agents. We guide both foreigners and locals with transparency, empathy, and a global perspective.
